How about some opinions on build plates? My go to is the standard Bambu that is included with the printers (I use an X1C and an A1), which are excellent, but I’d like to try some others. There is a lot of information out there and I keep going back to the blue plates from Panda. I’m also looking for one that will give me a bit of a woodgrain finish, but I’ve only found a cheapie.
I got a super tack plate and it’s awesome. The bottom finish is a bit finicky, but it’s very convenient for fast prototyping (practically no heat time and adhesion issues)
Hologram is nice for decorative face down stuff, however to get a nice result, you absolutely MUST use the hilbert curve yget a 100% success rate

Thanks for the info. Do you use glue with the super tack plate? I’m not a fan of anything other than a shot of Aqua Net every so often.

No never, the only issue is that you can’t use silk. Well, that and the fact that prints stick really well lol, but they are easy to remove when you get the hang of it
