White Part fell out / broke of X1C after Print

Hi,
Yesterday i found a white part on my printplate after a printjob. Does anyone know where it broke of my printer? (X1C)
Can’t find the place where it should belong.
Printer is working fine. Haven’t recognized any problems since this happend.
Attached a picture of the part below.
Thanks

  • It is NOT a part of the original Nozzle-Wiper since i mounted a different one

Look back by your purge area and you are probably missing your wiper. You should have some extras that came with the printer to replace it.

LOL, must be a part that your printer decided it doesn’t need it anymore, so it discarded it… very smart printer you’ve got there…

looks like your printer didn’t like your nozzle wiper that much and decided to kick its ass out

You might want to consider replacing it with a new one from the spares you’ve got.

It is NOT the Nozzle Wiper. I changed the original one to the A1 Style Wiper… Any other thoughts what it could be? The white isn’t a PTFE Tube. It’s definetly harder then a PTFE Tube.

Looks a lot like PTFE tube since it’s opaque. Is the black part a hex head screw?

I’m guessing it’s some kind of plastic standoff that something was screwed into and has now broken off. I’ll have to take a look at my printer later when I get home to see if I can help identify it.

I think it’s a part of the fan inside the print head cover, check if there’s something missing there.

I agree with @3DWP, take a look at the cover, that’s about the only place I see where there are some parts that look like it may fit what broke off.

hi @_dani_rr ,
Have you confirmed where is this part from?
Same part fall down in my x1c chamber …

Update,
Finally I found the screw is from the tool head housing.
There are two screws mounting the cooling fan at front cover of hot end. (just at the back of glowing “bambu lab” mark)
And one of it just broke and fall off.
The fan is still steady. Thinking should I glue it back, or replace a spare part.

Just share my discover here. Thanks to all.

I seem to have the same problem, where can I buy spare parts?

Welcome to the forum.

The Bambu store has all of the spare parts you should need.
