Same here…
I finally found where this screw came from.
It is the lower-right screw that secures the toolhead fan. The plastic screw boss broke off, and the screw remained attached to the broken piece of plastic.
Since the fan is still held in place by the other screw, it is not immediately obvious where this screw came from.
