I’d love to know the recommended settings to use, I have a couple of older plates that have damage I’m ready to use to do some tests, I really want to make plates with my logo stepped-and-repeated. Can’t wait!

well the good news for you is I just jacked up a build plate for my mini…
The better news is I have the laser lab powered up and tidied for this weekends work.
Bad news. it will be Monday before I have time to post my findings. I have a double sided smooth/coarse plate that I managed to jack up the middle of, I will post images with settings for a 20w diode (Elegoo Phecda) for sure, both of those units came up happily when turned on tonight. Maybe for a 20w Creality falcon, and potentially both my 150 and my 80w Co2 units, but only if I can free up time with the purifiers, those are not scheduled for work this weekend.
H2D laser models shipping/arriving 4/25! Anyone have tracking info?!?
yep received my tracking number yesterday, but given the time it usually takes, i’d say it will only arrive next monday or tuesday
youre assuming its going to be on purpose and not engraving the heating pad on accident.
I have a plate on the laser now, granted I don’t have an H2, not a fast adopter with most things, that said I did buy a rack of Elegoo laser engravers just because the price I got waurranted buying them even if only to strip em for bits.
I have a plate cooking downstairs, it should be done come morning. I will post images.
