Who wore it better - Ender 3 V2 vs H2D

yes im aware that there are a bunch of long topics already discussing what appear to be the same problem. but I want to bring visibility to it to hopefully get BBL to do something.

is the filament dry?
E3V2 - no, printed open air, eSUN ABS+ (iirc), printed ~5 years ago
H2D - yes, Bambu ABS, AMS HT drying setting, stored in AMS2

im getting the same results as this video for chamfers and overhangs:

im running a bunch of debug printed now to try and isolate why this is happening. happy to take advice if anyone has some suggestions

so far:

  1. change AMS nozzle - no change
  2. change rotation orientation 45* - no change
  3. aux fan 20%

trying next: more aux aux fan settings. chamber temp

Happy to print any models people suggest, share slicing files etc
