Without more information, this is a guess.
As it is at the top of a screw thread and been at the point the thread ended, it may have had little material underneath to support it, thus it caused a new direction.
Use the layer slider to go down each layer in turn to see how it was built up.
I have a similar issue. I would like to have the parallel lines on my print but for some reason the orientation changes in this area.
I’ve tried all the top surface pattern options but none of them fix the issue. I’ve also checked that my model is completely flat.
I would add an image but I can’t attach one to a reply.

Here’s the screenshot. As you can see there are a couple of triangles that have a different line orientation. I would like to know how to keep the same line orientation outside of those triangles. Thanks!!
That looks to me like the surface is not oriented/rotated flat in relation to the build plate.
It’s hard to tell the 3 dimensionality from the screenshot, but If you look at the layer slider on the right, are each of those triangle’d areas printed on the same layer, or are they on different layers? If different, it might be unstraight in the model, or just unstraight in how it’s oriented on the slicer. Attempt to reorient the model with the rotation tool in very very very small increments till it levels out
@Bullocks, you just saved my day! Y-axis was at -179.97, I jus changed it to 180 and the triangles are gone! Thank you very much for your help!
