It’s not uncommon nowadays for Beta to stay for years. There is no rush and users don’t need to do anything special because it’s on beta. Here’s what Google AI review says when I searched for this about Midjourney:

In other words, don’t bother complaining, our excuse is golden.
Having been in the software business for over three decades, much of which as the owner of the business, it is a crutch that many companies these days use instead of providing quality solutions.
A modern problem, when I started, alphas were internal, betas were selected external testers, then we went live.
These days, they go the route of pretending all is well and label it beta. Even if it is solid, leave the beta label up.
