I just updated to the new software, now when I load a model, it’s black and very hard to see. I went to “Process”, “Objects” and clicked on the black colored square to try and select another color and nothing. It’s just too hard to see in black. I am not running AMS, single spool. Every time I update it’s always something…
It is almost certainly because Studio only has one selected filament. The default filament (only one currently set) is black.
In the prepare tab (first one), make you you add as many filaments as you will need or your printer supports.
Press the plus button where the filaments section is on the left towards the top.
You can change the colour of any filaments by pressing the black square next to it and selecting a different colour using one of the colour choices.
You can change the type of filament from the caption, press it to see the current selection you have chosen or change the selection.
Got it, appreciate the response, thank you.
I’m happy to help.
I got caught with this a few times.
Occasionally I have one filament and then can’t work out why I cant see more than one filament to colour the model. Doh!
