Why is my 'Picture Frame' model not showing up in the listings?

So I posted another on MakerWorld two weeks ago, but for some reason I’m not showing up in the listings. It’s a universal 4x6 picture frame with various mounting and display options using the same frame.

Here’s a link to the model: Picture & Photo Frame for 4x6 Images - OneFrame by sophtware - MakerWorld

I’ve redone the Title several times now. I’ve had AI rewrite my content (I suck at writing). I’ve added a YouTube video showing how to use it. And I’ve added a LOT of photos of real prints. But if I search for “picture frame”, my listing never shows up (or it’s so far down I can’t reach it).

Current Title: Picture & Photo Frame for 4x6 Images - OneFrame

Does anyone on this forum have any ideas, or know how the MakerWorld algorithm promotes models? My model even uses 6x3mm magnets that are sold through Bambu and is part of the listing.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

That post seems to point toward fewer focused tags, but no solid evidence is offered.

I’m wondering if anyone has actually posted models with various tags and captured the models position in the listings for specific keywords and monitored how the model’s position changed.

Anyway, thanks for posting this link!

That posting might just be right. I just went and removed all but four (4) keyword tags and posted again. My model is now showing up for ‘picture frame’. And for ‘picture frame 4x6’ it is now number four (4).

Awesome! Thank you!

@Johnny_Bit make sure you send him a “peppery” invoice for “consulting & advisory on adequate keywords”… That should round your pocket money for this week.
