Why won’t it let me create a support ticket?
I’m trying to create a ticket because my printer hasn’t worked for me since the first day and it won’t let me. I follow the steps it asks me and the first thing is to choose the printer model and I choose it, I follow the instructions and in the last question it always tells me the same thing, Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
It always tells me this no matter what answer I give it, it always gives me the same error. What can I do? I have used two browsers and nothing.

Try another browser or device (phone, tablet,…).
Or try disabling any ad blocker if you have one installed.
