I have connected my bambulab X1C to my wifi on job (it is my personal printer I bought it) and I can connect it to my wifi 2.4Gh. But after few minutes I get message from printer as it is on picture. But still I did firmware upgrade. When I start test wifi all is ok. And also can not connect it to my bambulab studio on my PC. I also tried LAN only and it is the same. When I try to connect it window just wanish and printer is not visible. And we use opensense firewall for access to internet. Any idea what to do?
This helped me:
Disabled WiFi Agile Multiband.
Not using channel 13
Did you try not to hide Wifi name ?
second feature…
yes I did it is hidden. Is that a problem?
I have unhide it and it is the same?
did you try to change channel 13 to an other channel ?
Is/could it be interference from other wifi appliances ? if not you will need to contact support first supplying a log file to see if there is an issue with your antenna
I have contacted support and they are really slow with solwing this.
I already look for antenna but printer is new, why should I pay for antenna it is warranty issue.
Have you tested with your phone close to your printer ?
yes that worked OK. Enabling hot spot and disabling wifi on phone.
Could it be a power supply issue?
Daisy chains are often sensitive to this type of problem.
Power supply of bambulab printer or Wifi access point?
Strange, I think I wandered into the wrong thread!
Busy channels can cause these kinds of issues. Check if your chosen channels are free or mostly clear. Signal strength is also crucial—it can lead to all sorts of strange errors if it’s too weak.
I have exact the same problem.
I tried to connect with the hotspot on my mobile and its ok, but when i connect with my router i have problems with internet.
Also tried to ping the printer, there are no problems.
Are you sure Opensense isn’t causing you issues, from what you described sounds like it is connecting to Wi-Fi but can’t get to the internet. I’d check your Opensense logs, my guess is it phones home on initial setup.
Yes it did, ports was not opoen. Now I fixed that and cloud connection works.
you need to open all ports whch are needed for bambulab to communicate with cloud.
I have exactly the same problem. right after an update. everything was working fine then I update and I can’t connect reliably to my WiFi. did you do an update prior to this problem also?
no when I had this problem it was new from package. I need about a month to solve this. It can happend both at the same time. Your ruter update or something on it and update on bambu.
