Hello, I have my new Bambulab for 2 weeks now, and I‘m a little bit disappointed about the screen. On the left side of the Touchscreen is a bit of movement. The screen makes clicky noises when I use it. I opened a ticket and they said it’s normal. Is it normal?
You can print another one if you are upset with the chosen tolerances
Let’s be honest: Is this movement usual? If it it then okay but if not I have to find a solution.
My X1C has it too and it annoys me a little as well. It feels rather cheap and not consistent with the general build quality.

No, I consider it a minor inconvenience and irrelevant to the printer’s performance. On occasion, I frown a little when using the screen and noticing the noise, but I can very well live with it.
