Will this UI change Hurt A1 series firmware? (concept)

Consitency and alignment to X1 series UI an beyond

It is not an excuse to put more complex graphics to the small display since these imges (e.g the extruder image) can be pixel fited then rendered as an anti aliased bitmap)

If bambu used “Bare metal UI” or somekind of UI toolkit for the microcontroller used then this would be easy to implement

I am not sure what you are referring to here. I am asking because I am an AI owner and you have referenced the X1 in your text.

I referenced the X1’s UI. Specifically some of the Elements. If you look at the home page, the four buttons in the image above I used X1 ui’s style. I used a better image for the toolhead icon. I used a better designed buttons for the z axis control and the extruder control.

My main concern is bambulab not making their firmware UI consistent across their printers.

If you look at the home button in you A1’s XYZ tab the home icon is overly large. In my opinion the UI looks like a “prototype UI”.

Thanks for the explanation, I see what you mean.
