Wireless Charger not working out of box

I got the wireless charger hardware kit. Before proceeding further I tested the charging coil to ensure it would charge my phone. It would not. I tried different chargers, fast chargers, slow chargers. I tried on a galaxy s20 and an iPhone 12 mini.

There’s some kind of switch on the board I tried toggling in each configuration to no avail.

Is there anything else I’m missing or did I just get a defective unit?

I had the same issues and i reached out to Bambu support and after a bit of communication they are sending me a replacement.

How do you contact them? I’m having the same issue an unable to find the correct way of contacting them about my wireless kit that hasn’t worked straight out of the box. Thanks!
