Worse printing happening

what’s going on here?

the left is silky smooth printed a few months ago, right also Bambu black pla like last time but only change was to hardened steel nozzle

First, did you change the nozzle material in the slicer?
Second, where has that filament been?

Change nozzle in device/printer parts

I ask about the filament cause it looks wet.

I think there will be dead horse here soon…

Did you try drying and manually calibrating your filament? :yum:

the filament is brand new bambu pla basic, i just ordered 2 refills, and just opened them fresh from factory

i changed the print head configuration to hardened steel made no difference

what else can i do? is it a bad batch of pla or am i missing something else i can do to fix it?

Seam wouldn’t be random in the one on the right would it?

Filament could a been wet when packaged. Try drying it.

Try checking out this post: New P1S print quality issues [solved]

ok it was wet filament issue, I dried it 7h it’s good now, also did test print of 1 month old red unpacked pla that was also fine

to me it’s unacceptable that brand new freshly delivered filament is wet and I don’t usually complain
