Wrong filament AMS slot used vs Bambu Studio program selected

Need help with X1C and 2 AMS’s using wrong filament slot selected in Bambu Studio Prepare and synced with AMS.
So, many times I’ve had the Selected filament as used in Bambu Studio and shows in the Slicer Filament drop-down in Preview but the AMS slot used when Send to printer is wrong and seems to be the other AMS of the two that should be used. It does this randomly.

I’ve tried to Manually select filament slot mapping in Send Window and only sometimes works.
I’ve shutdown/restarted Bambu Studio, re-assigned filament in Prepare of Model, Logged Out/Logged In, Powered down Printer and restarted, Manually re-configured filaments on printer panel display and no improvement until it just gets better. Then it may not happen again in several prints.

Anyone else seen this and find a solution. Much appreciate any advice.

This has burned me when I started a print to find only hours later that the filament used is not what was programmed and wasted time, money and delayed.
