X1-C Restarts after starting to print

Hello,

I am having an issue where my printer restarts when it starts printing. So when it goes through the auto leveling, it will power off and then power back on. I tried a new power cord, plugged into battery backup, new outlet on known good circuit. Not sure what is happening. Anyone have any suggestions?

Printer: Bambulab X1-C

Slicer: Bambu Handy ios app

Filament type: PETG

Sounds like a power supply issue, perhaps.

Without trying to run a print, manually set your bed temperature to something above ambient and set the nozzle to heat up at the same time. Those are going to be your two biggest power draws, so if it’s the power supply that should cause the restart.
