X1-Carbon Bed (How to manually raise or lower the bed)

When done printing a part, sometimes my bed is close to the top and when I need to change/clean a plate it’s difficult to get my hand in there. Is there a way to manually lower or raise the bed?

There is. Settings Screen - Temperature/Axis - (lower right hand side) Bed (down) 1 or 10

Thanks. I thought I had looked everywhere in the menu but I guess I missed this.
