X1 Carbon - Video in Handy App but not in Studio

I have video in Handy App but not in Studio. I installed the “addons” when I loaded Studio. Any ideas?

Yes I’m logged in. I don’t think I can print unless I’m logged in?

I figured it out. I needed to click the play button in the bottom left corner of the video window. Now that I know it kind of makes sense??? LOL
