Flow dynamics - is that good ? 100 hours
I’m not sure what you are questioning.
Flow dynamics is Bambu’s term for pressure advance, also known as K value. It anticipates changes in print head speed and changes the amount of filament extruded to match.
So yes, it is good no matter how many hours. Ideally, you will calibrate every filament, because different filament materials, different colors, and different manufacturers can all affect the value.
Calibration is a mystery to a lot of people, auto calibrate works reasonably well but going manual is great to get a better understanding for the tools you’re using. Starting off the textured plate isn’t the easiest to read in the line method selected, and you must have a clean (sanitised even) plate to get a good reading.
To explain it here is way too restrictive, Bambu Wiki or youtube are great places to search for information and how-to’s. Search away. I’ve dropped a couple that can assist with this current task.

------ What is that called? 0.005?

Yes, each bar is 0.005. But from that image I wouldn’t choose that. 0.02 is closer usually
The image isn’t ideal but I’m midway between 0.02 and 0.03 which at this scale is loosely k= 0.025
