X1C all of the four AMS slots blinking "red" - no Print possible

The Printer showed messages like “Filament is running out” and “have a look to the Printhead” - but all AMS slots are full of Filament and no broken Filament in the nossle or Printhead.
And all the AMS LEDs blinking “red”. All Filaments out and in again, but blinking still “red”.
What does it mean? What can I do?

Der Drucker meldet “fehlendes Filament” und “Druckkopf beobachten”. Aber alle 4 Rollen im AMS sind voll. Und keine Filamentreste feststellbar. Und alle vier AMS LEDs blinken rot. Trotz Filament raus, rein, raus. Was kann man tun?

Have you tried to unplug and plug the data cable? This has happen to me twice. Once was a faulty cable, the other was poorly seated connector.

What do you mean by “data cable”? Is it the “power”-cord? Or the cable from Printer to AMS? Both of them I have unplugged and connected again. Still red all 4 LEDs. Messages on the screen like “Filament out” and “unfill Filament from the single Roll” , but I have only that AMS, no single. And alle the 4 AMS slots are filled. So what can I do?

This are the Messages I got:

Type of Filament unknown:

Filament Parameters will not accept:

Filament is running out:

Printhead clear?

an still “red”

I have had success with the dreaded red blinking lights. I used dielectric grease on all connectors for the AMS system. This includes both on the back of the printer and the one on the AMS.

Hope this helps.

Hm well, that sound promising. Thank you for answering so quickly. I’ll try that when I get some of it.
Do I get it wrong or ist dielectric grease for better isolation. My problem seems to be more of lack of connection, isn’t it?
I apologize but I am not good in electritions.

I found that little bit of grease helps to make a better connection and it isolates each connection from shorts. I think it stops fretting at the metal part of the connection. The printer vibrates a good bit.

A little bit goes a long way. Reseat the connectors a few times. Especially the ones on the back of the printer. Maken sure you get good solid clicks for full insertion of the connectors.

Good luck!

Thank you Berry I appreciate that. I took away my AMS2pro and my AMS HT. Now there are just two regular AMS attached and still … error in between. Sometimes it prints, sometimes it blinks red, arrgh. It almoust feels like I have a problem with the AMS Hub. Is that possible?
Nevertheless I ordered some dielectric grease to make it work.

Typically blinking red lights means loss of communication. But it could also be loss of power, bad connector ports and bad cable.

So to update on my blinking red lights.

I just performed my monthly maintenance on my XC1. And after putting it back together, it started the checking each roll over and over. I knew what was coming next on the very next print it started blinking red lights but kept on printing. No errors.

Then I took all the connectors (I have two AMSs) and greased them again.

On the next startup it checked all spools and then it was happy.

That sounds good.
In the meantime I opened a ticket at Bambu Lab. After some do this, check this and send some videos, I was sent a new AMS connector board. My next holidays I will replace the old one and hopefully my problem will be vanished.
Funny fact: since they started the sending of the replacement part the error did not occur any further.
We‘ll see how it turnes out after repair.
Thank you so much for helping me out, bro. I really appreciate.
