X1C and AMS Detection Failure after sitting Idle for a period of time

Anyone else have a issue where your Bambu Studio stops detecting the AMS once the printer sits for a period of time “4 hours or more”. This started months ago, just now looking into it. The odd thing is the AMS will be detected on the X1C and I can even see it detect and load filiment on the X1c display. Bambu Studio however will still show AMS not detected.

Usually everyday when I get to the shop I have to power down the unit for a few minutes and power it back up and then the AMS will be detectible on Bambu Studio.

I have verified the cable is secured dozens of times.

Seems like a networking problem to me, not something wrong with the printer.

What’s the lease renewal period for your network’s DHCP server?

its just a standard Comcast business router with default settings. Not sure

If I am in bambu studio on the prepare tab and it doesn’t detect my ams i can just click the device tab and the camera section window will make a funny jerking movement and then when I go back to the prepare tab it detects it again without shutting anything or rebooting anything , and it happens every time I close bambu studio down and reopen it again. But I don’t know if it is the samething you are talking about or not.
