The printer camera has started to have issues. In Bambu Lab UI it says Printer camera is malfunctioning. On the printer LCD it says USB camera is not connected. Please check video camera cable connection.
This problem shows maybe one in three times after powering the printer on. If the fault shows, I can turn the printer off and on again, and it mostly fixes the issue and the camera works.
Could this issue have started since updating to 1.10.1.50 ? The printer version shows 01.08.02.00
Hi, I made this update and print everyday, I didn’t notice any issue with my cam. Did you check the connection to be sure that cable are well connected.

Thanks, one in maybe three boot ups, the camera worked. I then jiggled the connector (without breaking the glue that sticks it) and it remained stable and working. So I’m pretty sure the connector is OK. Whilst the camera was working I changed the resolution from 1080p to 720p. Now the last few times I have used the X1C, the camera has worked everytime. So hopefully its fixed. I dont see any real difference in the video quality and 720p is a lot more responsive. So I will leave it like so.
