X1C Carbon a self-test and extrusion is also not possible

Hello, my X1C has been defective since December 9th, 2023. The error my X1C no longer prints, a self-test and extrusion is also not possible. The nozzle does not heat up.

I created a ticket for this, which was processed quickly at the beginning.

Various parts have been replaced but the problem still persists.

On January 26th, 2024 I received the following message:

Hello,

Thank you for your update and sorry for the delay.

Since we have already performed many troubleshooting steps, I can check if a replacement is possible. Please note that 2 options are available:

1: the normal procedure, is that we create the return shipping label and you return the printer using that label in the original packaging.

Once the returned printer arrives in the warehouse and has been checked by us, we will ship the new printer. This procedure should take 2-3 weeks from the moment you have shipped it.

2: the advanced replacement procedure, where we will send an invoice for a deposit (same amount as a new printer) and we will ship a new printer to you when the invoice is paid. When the printer has arrived, we will send you a return shipping label which you can use to return the defective printer. Once the returned printer arrives in the warehouse and has been checked by us, we will refund the deposit.

I’ll check and confirm with you if we can proceed in this way. Could you please update me on which procedure you prefer?
