bamboo lab x1c has completed exactly 1345 hours. When switching to a new print, X1C does not see AMSs. I searched the forum but could not find a clear answer. There is no method I have not tried. There are 3 AMSs, I checked all the cables are connected and there is no blockage. I am going crazy. I sent the log output to the service. But I will not be able to do the work of many customers until I get an answer from there.
Having the same problem, but after replacing the AP board due to connection issues. Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
I contacted the Bambu Lab technical support team and sent them some pictures from the locations they described; they confirmed that the AMS motherboards were burned out. They sent a new motherboard, and everything is back to normal.

something went bad there 
My X1C sometimes fails the link with the AMS chain during the 1st level control : it then stops and keeps nagging me to check the external feed
I though my PTFE lines are a bit long, which adds some drag during the pulling back of the filament, but I noticed some messages about “abnormal communication with AMS” so may have to investigate again

Did they give you any explanation to why it burnt out?
I was performing maintenance on my printer. I only changed the position of the AMS modules. They said it might be overloaded, but they couldn’t give a definitive diagnosis.
