For some reason, I can no longer load filament. I’m using the external spool so not AMS related.
When it tells me to insert the filament, I usually can feel it slowly getting pulled in. It no longer does this and not sure what to do. I have a trouble ticket in but it may be days before they respond.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe theres a piece of filament jammed near the extruder. Id pull the bowden tube off the top of the toolhead have a look inside first.

I took the filament sensor off and there was indeed a piece of broken filament. Fixed!

Having issues with AMS bay #2 loading filament, getting jammed, red lights blinking twice. I use the other bays and have no problem, get errors of " need to push filament in". Have been going thru this over a week now, have sent a ticket to BAMBU, down loaded and sent AMS files to BAMBU twice now,no answer. It may be the loader in Bay #2, I will but another one if I do not hear from BAMBU as no response as of yet .
