Hast du vielleicht im Bauraum mit Isopropanol gereinigt? Das könnte erklären, warum die Klebstreifen angelöst worden ist.

Ich habe mal die Stangen gereinigt ja, aber nur mit wenig Iso und nicht in dem Bereich.
Vielleicht ist es auch nur mein Gefühl, das es sich leicht feucht anfühlt. In jedem Fall würde aber sagen das es einen, wenn auch minimalen, Geruch hat wenn man mit dem Finger drüber gegangen ist.

Can a problem that started with a firmware upgrade change the diameter of the pipe?
Did reverting back to 01.08.00.00 fix your issue?
No, the firmware version had nothing to do with the problem, nor did the hose to the extruder or the extruder’s filling nozzle. I tested others in addition to the original one. I also tried those curved hose holders that are supposed to guide the filament into the extruder better. Nothing really helped.
In my case, it was due to the spring on the AMS hub. It became slightly skewed/jammed when the filament was being transported. However, I only noticed this when I had the printer with its back to me.
In the meantime, partly because of the problem with the filament ejection, I have set up my printer so that it is 100% straight. Before, it was level according to the spirit level, but tilted slightly forward.
So far, I haven’t had any more problems, but I’ve only printed a few different models with and without colour changes. A total of about 70 hours without any problems, including one session of almost 24 hours with multiple colour changes.

I solved my problem, it was a broken feed housing for the active-extrusion-wheel-assembly in the AMS. The breakage coincided with an OS firmware update, I did a quick print then updated the firmware and the subsequent prints all failed to feed. It looked so much like the firmware, given the previous print was fine.
