I updated my X1C to latest firmware version yesterday (think it was 01.11.00.00. but can’t see it any longer).
First symptom something was wrong was the machine no longer recognizing the Cool Plate Super Tack.
Second more severe error, was that extruded filament won’t stick to the build plate. I ran a full calibration and also bed levelling flow calibration before starting next print. Again, complete failure. (using Bambu Lab original PLA Basic filament).
The test lines won’t stick, if I ignore and press continue, then the nozzle starts extruding filament for the model, but nothing sticks to the build plate. It just drags along behind the nozzle, and quickly curls up and sticks to he nozzle as soon as it shifts direction.
All critical parameters seems to be unchanged in the slicer. I tried some simple PLA prints on the super tack plate, Bed temperature 45 degrees (which always work for this filament and plate combo), nozzle temperature 220 degrees. The filament extrudes fluidly and at normal rate, but it just refuses to adhere to the build plate.
I eventually rolled back to the previous firmware version 01.10.00.00, and everything is back to normal, including the printer recognizing the cool plate super tack again.
Am I the only one with this problem after updating to this version of the firmware? Can’t find any other posts about siomilar problems.
