New X1C Firmware Available for Public Beta Testing!

We’re excited to announce that firmware V01.09.00.04 for X1C is now available through our Public Beta Program.

:test_tube: How to Join the Beta
To access the beta firmware, simply join the Beta Firmware Program via the Bambu Handy app under Me → Beta Firmware Program.

Once enrolled, the update will be pushed to your device gradually.

:arrows_counterclockwise: Want to Switch Back?
You can leave the Beta Program at any time by disabling the option in the app and installing the latest official firmware version.

Bug fixes

  1. Fixed the issue that “Auto Bed Leveling” and “Auto Flow Calibration” cannot be cancelled when starting a print from Bambu Handy;
  2. Fixed the issue that multi-AMS can not use automatic dynamic flow calibration;
  3. Fixed the issue that the AMS keeps rotating back and forth after inserting new filament when the AMS filament is exhausted during printing;
  4. Fixed the issue where the heated bed could not be set to 120°C on 110V.

Known issues

  1. Bambu Studio cannot set the fan speed. Please wait for the Bambu Studio update to fix it.

I just updated to the new Beta.
There are 4 AMS connected to my X1C.
I had to start the Update 4 Times.

Every Time I started it, it updated 1 AMS and told me that the update failed.

Then I had to Powet thr Printer off and on again and it updated another AMS.

On the updated AMS all light stayed off until I started thr update again every time.

When I started it thr 4th Time it also updated the Printer itself with the last AMS.

I don’t expect this to be the expected behaviour of thr updated and didn’t have this issues ever before.

Could you please let us know if this issue has been reported in a ticket?

Otherwise, can you please open a ticket and also include the log file? We will then be able to check it and see what happened.

Can you please add me to beta??? I send numerous requests. And never got any beta. Please please please.

We are happy to announce that Version 01.01.02.08 is now official, and has been released publicly. We appreciate everyone’s assistance in reporting the issues during the beta phase.
