After updating to FW 01.07.01.00 First layer will not stick never had an issue prior. I’ve tried different models and different build plates, I’ve even done a factory reset noting works, also my lidar say failed needs to be cleaned it looks brand new. Anyone have any idea on how to fix? any information would be greatly appreciated. Update If First layer detection and AI Monitoring are disabled then it has no issues with the first layer, not for sure if both have to be disabled or just one or the other.
Good to know, I’m reading these posts and wondering why I never seem to be affected by the updates. I have AI on and set to medium, but I turned off 1st layer inspection long ago.
Unfortunately im still having issues not a severe as before but i can visually see the gap between the bed and nozzle it its way to far apart at times like it thinks the bed is wavy.

That help th issue a but but what i found to work so far turning iff bed plate reading and i switched to orca slicer, also it seems if i print from the handy app there are also no issues. Im going to compare the Gcode between the two slicers when i get home tonight to see if i can see any differences.
Did you do complete recalibration after FW update? Might be good practice to check during calibration if the nozzle is cleaned properly. Otherwise it might create an offset from there onward.
Just a thought.
Yep I have even done a factory reset 100% made sure the nozzle was clean but still having issues.
