Hi, I hae an X1C that i bought about 4 months ago and upon un boxing, It did not connect to the internet. Thinking nothing of it at the time ( as many other printers can be updated through sd card or other means it was not a big concern at teh time) as Time moves on it becomes more apparent that a number of features are not working and I need to be able to update the machine. It does not connect to the wireless internet. It does not connect to my phone, Or computer. I have been on the phone with the wireless provider and they at this time have told me they have done all they can do on their end. I’ve bought a new router as well to attempt to help as it puts out the 2.4 and 5 g , But i don’t know how to “log into the router” and adjust things there.
Please Help.
My hope is that is is a very simple thing that i have neglected to do. like a toggle switch that needs to be flipped or something.
Have you tried the standard power cycle, factory reset?
