Hi Rochy,
problem solved, but now I paste the ticket here too because the ticket area does not accept more than 1000 characters (please lengthen it).

Hi Cyprian,
first of all I want to tell you that I have solved the problem but, let me tell you what problems I have found and, in my humble opinion, which mechanical aspects should be reviewed.
I followed the wiki guide to the letter and, although I successfully solved my bed heating problem, I encountered the following problems/breakages:
- The plastic support where the waste filament chute is screwed is split, (see photo) in fact when I opened the rear panel and was about to unscrew the two screws at the top that support the chute, I couldn’t find them and, one moment later, I understood why.
Practically the slide was already detached from the support that supports the whole printer (the screws were screwed to the slide), so now I put some rings (obtained from the split edges of the general support. Later I’ll go buy some small washers to fix everything better In practice, the chute remained in its position only because there are two screws that screw into the rear panel. It is clear that while traveling this printer took so many sharp blows until it broke the support.
- The first check that the wiki help manual recommends, is to check that the 6-pin cable that is correctly connected to the board, and was correctly connected and, here I would correct the Wiki manual because it could be easier to check first the two-pole connector coming from the heatable bed. In my case that was the problem.
At first it seemed that the cable was very short, but it’s not like that, the cable is of the right size, the problem is that at the exit of the heated bed, just 1.5cm comes out and there is silicone blocking this cable. and it is difficult to connect the connector on the temperature control board, because if you keep the bed up, the connector can never reach the control board.
Instead, pulling the cable from the bed compartment, the silicone came off, and enough cable came out to connect the connector comfortably.
ATTENTION, on the Bambu forum, news is passing that this cable is very short, when in fact it is not.
Finally I ask you, how should I deal with the broken support? Should I leave everything as it is? Can you give me an advice?
I await news.
Thank you.
