The lamp inside this switch is flashing about once per second. I never noticed this before. I don’t think there is any smarts in there so is it normal or is it trying to tell me something?
hI @byMH62,
Assuming that the grid is stable and not facing a local disruption:
-
Maybe you have already done it; if not, confirm that it isn’t external:
a) use a different outlet;
b) Disconnect other devices if they are sharing the power outlet.
c) Test with another power cable; do the same for any equipment in between the printer and power outlet -
If the issue isn’t external:
a) Confirm that every part and printer subsystems are working as expected; if something is faulty, please share;
b) you can do an overall checkup on the printer power circuit: Printer Circuit Failure Troubleshooting - X1 Series | Bambu Lab Wiki -
If nothing of the above solves or provides new info:
a) open a troubletcicet and communicate the issue to the BL support team;
b) Do you have a multimeter and feel comfortable using it?
And now it’s completely off and the printer is still printing fine. Thanks for the suggestions. It will be a while before I can test as the printer is busy. If this is a standard assembly, the AC lamp might have just expired.
