X1C Part Cooling Fan turns off if raised above 10%

New issue that I can’t see anyone else has had (found references to it on the P1 series, but not X1 series)

The part cooling fan, in front tool head section, will not go above 10%. Manual attempts and GCODE above 10% lead to the fan just turning off. There are no error codes.

I have tried power cycle with printer off/unplugged for an hour.

I have had the tool head disassembled today to investigate - the cables are all seated properly, the fan has no debris or stickiness to it when moved by hand.

Bambu LED lights up so power is getting to the front breakout board.

Has anyone come across this issue before? Any resolutions anyone may think of whilst I await delivery of a new front tool housing?

Thank you!

In case anyone comes across the same issue in the future - it was a strange combination of the LED cable and fan failing. Replacement of both has worked wonders, cooling fan now works as expected.
