There are many that you can print, that bolt up to the stock holes. Some move the spool around the left corner to the left side of the machine. Some are fancy and have ball bearings for the spool to turn on. Makerworld.
MacGyver a temporary spool holder and print one of the many holder models available. Poke a large screwdriver, a new pencil, or a dowel through a cardboard box to suspend your spool. Use two boxes if you can’t find a suitably sized box.
I’d probably print a simple replacement first, just to quickly get back to printing. Then I’d print a more convenient side mount. I use this side-mount, but it does require a couple of bearings and longer PTFE tubing. Loading/unloading is much more convenient, the extruder can pull the filament easier, and I can see potential tangles without looking behind the printer.
