X1C stuck in X axis

Bambu X1C stuck in X axis

When I cut off the power I can move the head in Y axis but not in X.
The fault happened in the middle of a print with PA6 gt.
The head made a lot of noise, fighting to move in the X axis.

Hope you can help me.

Are both the rear stepper motors rotating when you move the head in y? It’s core xy so they should be both moving when moving in one axis. If they are I would like at the linear rails to see if something is stuck in them.

HI Jon
I was finally able to move the head in X just a little bit and then started to clean tha carbon rods several times and in the end this worked.
Thank you for your help.

How often are you doing printer maintenance?

I’m getting problems on the Z axis… after some point it just fails badly. Any idea why?

Welcome to the forum!

It looks like it came loose from the build plate. In the picture is also looks like there are streaks on the plate. Have you tried giving it a good scrub with with dish soap and water?

You are right Silver. First time I have cleaned the carbon rods. Normally I print PLA. This time I printed with PA6GT and the problem came. I saw in an other post that when printing with eg. ABS you had to clean the carbon rods more often. So lesson learned. Thanks
