X1C - Terrible grinding sound when starting a print

Hi!
Each time I start a print, just after the lidar checked the print plate, the toolhead try to move and makes a terrible grinding sound like belt is slipping or stepper driver skipping…
I tried to clean carbon rods, grease metal rods and tensioning belts again but nothing to do, it keeps happening…

I have the same issue on occasion, its like the build plate is getting blocked or something.

I think it’s not related to the build plate, it feels like the toolhead try to go outside bed limits…

Any fix to this? Just started happening on an week old machine. Seems to happen when doing all the checks at the beginning only.
