Had the printer going for 4 hours… Worked great, I was really impressed with the speed and quality… Then my print stopped, the unit rebooted, and it let a bunch of blue smoke out.
I opened a ticket on the 12th to do an advanced replacement but no word yet. I’m kinda upset.

Yeah… I know.
I saw that they sell the toolhead board as an accessory. I ordered it. Hopefully that works.
I replaced the toolhead board(s) - That worked, but the lidar seems to be broken as well… There goes another 60 dollars whenever they are in stock.
STILL NO CONTACT FROM SUPPORT. DO NOT BUY BAMBU PRODUCTS.
They responded, and asked for logs, which are already on the ticket.
Demanded a refund to be processed.
They did offer to give me 2 rolls of PLA basic for the trouble if I wanted to replace parts myself… but I denied
