X1E doesn't have active motor noise cancelation like the X1C. why?

Can anyone comment on why features are missing from the X1E where the X1C already has it? just super odd when you’d expect the X1E to be the X1C and more.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes to the printer with a future firmware update.

And I mean I get that, unfortunately, my expectation was it would be like an X1C but with the extra features like the ethernet port, but it’s not.

The X1C didn’t get this until after a year. So be patient. The X1E has only just hit the market.

and given that it only hit the market recently, you’ll have to wait for a bit for BL to cash in from the “enterprise” customers before they’ll launch a new firmware update and some additional pay-for upgrades

Just saying though. The X1C has been out for how long has had the active motor noise cancellation for how long, has been tried and tested for how long? so just how much drive, mass, mechanical difference can the X1E be that it wouldn’t come straight out of the box with it included? Do we really know 100% that it just isn’t already in it but just not listed as a sales promo feature?

This feature has been added with the latest firmware update for the X1E.
