I am UK based, running an X2D Firmware 01.01.01.00, Bambu Studio 2.7.1.62 and Bambu Handy 3.24.0. Recently, I have had my printer become unavailable in both Studio and Handy Apps for long periods of time.
I can still ping my printer on the network (it is given a static IP) and the screen on the printer reports that it can reach the router but does not complete the connection to the internet. Turning it off for a period or resetting access codes eventually work. Any ideas?
on device tab in studo i have failed to conncet to server, clicking on the arrows next to shows me error 6020 failed to connect to cloud service..checking on the update says

I’ll add another data point here – I’m in the US (Utah) and cannot print via the cloud. When I try to “print next plate” via Handy I’m shown a message that reads “broker unavailable.” I can’t reach my printer using either Handy or Bambu Studio.
I suspect the incident is probably not as resolved as they hoped…
Same here, been at it all morning thinking it was my network and printer. Then came on here to find this issue, what a huge disappointment. Now I understand the issues ppl have with Bambu lab.
It looks like this isn’t just an X2D issue. I also have three A1s and two PS1s, and I ran into the same problem with all of them.
Bambu changed the printers’ access credentials. To make matters worse, all three A1s are fully equipped with Panda accessories, so reconfiguring everything was a real headache: three Auras, three Knomi 3D units, three Status displays, three Coolers, and three Branch Plus modules.
I cannot get two new computers to connect to the X1C and H2C. This has happened to me before, and it cured itself after the power went off here for a day. Go figure. Bambu should fix this, so it is a simple button push and not weeks of no interconnections.
