You could tune your flow and pressure advance to get it a little better.
oh really? so those defects are expected at the x2d price point?
These machines are not magic.
There are many factors to consider like the filament, humidity, ambient temperature, etc.
You can tune your machine and filament to get a better result, but the one you have there is very acceptable. Especially considering that was probably an out of the box print.

It is not good quality. Did you get the same quality with PLA basic? If you are using 3rd party filament, try to use the print profile from the vendor.
Basically after reading around you would be able to figure out that high price is for more features, and then you have more issues and design flows 
.
Now on the benchy, did you able to calibrate the filament. As the autocalibration can not do it on its own.
