Not sure I’m not familiar with that case, if it’s a push mechanism it’s not impossible to do, but usually the printed springs dont last long, it would probably need to be a hybrid with a metal spring - if that is the mechanism that you’re looking for, I’m just guessing

My dice tower has some printed springs that seem to hold up pretty well, but I had to coil them a lot to keep deformation (and therefore fatigue) to a minimum. In this use case hybrid might be your best option
