Certainly. The bearing mod chassis works very well. It uses (4) 682ZZ bearings (2x5x2.3mm) and (4) standard 2 x 8mm or 2 x 10mm dowel pins. You can find many vendors selling each of these on Amazon for cheap.

Each bearing just gets press fit into the back of each wheel. I made each wheel slightly narrower so they fit better in the chassis. You can use either pliers or a small block of wood to press each of them in. No glue is needed.

All you have to do when you have each of the bearings in the wheels is start each of the pins in the lower chassis. The chassis has been modified so the pins also just press fit in quite easily. No glue is needed. You start each one from the center of the chassis until its flush with the other end so you can insert each wheel.

Then just slide your wheel into the groove and move it up or down until it allows you to push the pin in.

You want to keep pushing the pin in beyond flush, using a small phillips or another pin. This will align the other end of the pin in the slot. Here is a picture showing it going into the other outer slot, where its almost in the fully seated position:

Once its fully seated the wheel spins perfectly free. Again, no glue needed. Its a very quick assembly:
