Hi everyone, I’m wondering whether anyone has encountered similar issues.
This problem is usually followed by an HMS error 0300-8005-172918 “Tool head cover has fallen off“

When homing in readiness to print a part, the tool head will hit the back of the printer frame with a loud knock. It will attempt this again three times, each time hitting the frame over the filament chute. At this point I get the HMS error. This error can’t be cleared except by restarting the printer.
I have tried re-tensioning the XY belt, cleaning the carbon rods and generally ensuring that all mechanics are free from possible obstruction but the problem still persists.
