Yet More Loose Assembly Screws in New A1

After [seemingly] finding and repairing a problem with my new A1, see:
Resonance Issue Found/Repaired Due to Loose Screws yet more problems due to the same issue have appeared.

The hardened steel 0.4mm replacement nozzle I ordered came with a stronger extrusion gear and replacement cutter lever but I didn’t immediately replace.

Experienced clogging issues and the rather loud “skwirk” noise curing the filament cut became even louder.

Replaced gear lever and cutter blade as I ordered a supply of most “consumables.”

Found yet more loose assembly screws and now for the first time since new the filament cutting action is effectively silent.

Are these issues ordinary?

I’m about to make a warranty claim for original defects as I’ve never before encountered a product that has to be completely disassembled and reassembled to work properly due to loose screws and at least one improperly placed screw that put the entire print head in a bind.
