Your package is being returned!

It has been over 6 Weeks and countless mails for me too. The 3rd shipment attempt today was returned to sender again. I am so over it!
I have not heard anything back from the support team (except for the tracking info for the package that has been returned today), worst customer experience I ever had with any product. @BambuLab @BrotherC
Really hoping your package arrives.

So far, the package has gone thought custom and is in Switzerland.

I hope you finally get some luck on your case.

Exactly my feelings. @BambuLab

Some1 from bambu lab has some time to reply? a human being.
Or we must wait the usual 5 days to have an automated message to tell us
that the printer was correctly delivered, when it’s not.
And then another automated message that tells us that u are “very sorry”
(Clearly a lie. U simply dont care. A serious company can have a problem,
but ignoring it and try again the SAME procedure is unacceptable.)
and that we have to wait for another shipment???
A new shipment that clearly will be returned to the sender again, and again,
since u cant do a simple control with your incompetent german warehouse
and understand what’s wrong and correct it?

Are u not ashamed of this situation?

I’ve asked if i can personally pick up my paid printer from your new local reseller in Zürich,
this so called “Faigle 3D”, to finally get over with your sending problem.
I need a fast reply to this because if it’s not the case, i’ve to go through the refound procedure as fast as possible.

Obvioulsy 28 hours since the first message are not an adeguate time for a reply…
U can almost take a plane from china to Germany in that time…
But it’s my fault, i’m too impatient…
Surely some1 of this awsome Technical Support
is really traveling to Germany to personally take care of our little problem (1 month and 6 days since i paid for a product never delivered)

After 8 Weeks and 4 shipping attempts they finally managed to solve shipping for me. I still am very disappointed with their aftersale service, but the printer works great so far.
I hope you do not have to go through all that hassle with support too!

Well got a reply and tracking number (DHL) it’s been in Spain since 2023-7-13 01:27:00 Spain, Arrival in the destination country/destination area (about 300 km from my home!!!). WHY is it just sitting there. I have had stuff from the USA arrive via DHL in a few days.

Contacted support. After a few days i got an answer.
They try to sort the problem out. But still no new tracking number after nearly two weeks. So sad!

Same issue for me in Norway.
Got been waiting for almost two weeks and now i found out that for some reason the local postal service has returned the package to sender. Don’t know why yet. Submitted a ticket on Friday, have not heard back from Bambu yet. Hopefully i get this resolved and a printer sent again as fast as possible. Have a project at work that is time critical that i need this for.

They have logistic problems exporting to non eu members. Wrong or no export papers!
This happens to switzerland too.

I received mine after 3 additional weeks in the second attemt. (Switzerland).

Ok. Thanks. The extra bed plate that i ordered was delivered successfully. Kind of ridiculous if that is how long it would take, if i would have known that it may take 4-5 weeks to deliver it i would never have ordered it. I was already a bit disappointed that they did not offer DHL express shipping for an additional fee. I would not mind to pay extra for fast shipping since it is a business expense and i need it as soon as possible…

Looks like they was able to solve my issue fairly fast. I sent the ticket on Friday afternoon and they got to me on Tuesday saying that they are going to resend the package and give me a new shipping number within 48 hours. Got the new shipping number just a couple of hours later and it looks like the printer was picked up at their location today (Wednesday).
Looks like they might have stepped up and solved some of the issues with re-sending packages taking weeks. Apart from the delay due to the package being sent in return (most likely the local post service is at fault for this) i am very happy with the customer service so far.
Hopefully the new shipment goes well.
Thought it was worth mentioning since i guess it is easy to fear the worst based on other experiences in this thread.

I have just seen all your messages of dissatisfaction… And I am sharing mine with you! Overall the same problems as all of you, Bambulab sends the package (Sent on August 4, 2023) and this one has been blocked in Germany since August 5, the date on which I had the last follow-up. Like some buyers, I would make a deposit of formal notice to Paypal as well as my legal assistance, if my printer was not sent. I ask the bambulab services if they see this message to kindly manage my problem quickly because the problem is known so fixing it as soon as possible is becoming painful…

@BrotherC Seems like a common issue

Problem still persists in 3/2024: German logistics partner messed up the adress label (street number appended to name instead of street), DHL returned package to sender, detailled explanation of the problem sent to BambuLab, accessories arrived with the same error in the meantime, replacement printer sent out only after announcing intend to cancel order via PayPal, package shows still the same error in tracking. Logistics partners phone number on accessories label in wrong format and does not exist even with leading zero. (DE WH: Online Seller, Albert-Schweitzer-Str. 900, 55459 Grolsheim Germany, Tel.: 15166342177)

From what I see the german warehouse might be a significant part of the problem.

Same issue here. Ordered printer and accessories in the EU store. Accessories arrived 3 days later (great!), but printer has been shipped back to the store by dhl. No reaction on my ticket. @BambuLab @BrotherC I need urgently my printer!

Could it have been a problem with the label too?
