Had this error show up over the last few days. I have reseated all cables. Replaced the TH board and the USB C cable. Fresh .4 nozzle. Completed a factory reset but i am now stuck at the setup calibration screen and cannot access the home screen. Any advice?
What have you achieved so far with the support team’s help? What recommendations have they given you? Why did you replace the board and the cable in the first place?

Hey, Thanks for the quick reply.
I tried to add a video of what was happening but it wouldn’t accept my mp4.
So the reasonn I replaced the usb C cable and the TH board was that i noticed burn marks on the top of the TH board and the end of the Usb C cable had melted. I assumed that was the issue and went ahead and replaced both. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem (I’m glad I did it anyway).
I have completed most of the troubleshooting recommendations but again im stuck at the initial set up calibration page. So I cannot access the main menu. There is a green light on the board and i have also reseated and tightened the eddy sensor screws
The support have only really recommended things where i have to access the main menu.
I noticed that the eddy sensor replacement is attached to the whole front part, but unfortunately is out of stock. That would be my next step.
I just just didn’t know if I was missing anything.
