Z-Axis Homing Failed

I’ve been all day, no issues. All of a sudden after my last print I get the Z-Axis Homing Failed error. I’ve done all the troubleshooting:

Checked the lead screws for debris

Removed the build plate and reinstalled

Checked the Z-bearings

Cleaned and grease the lead screws

Checked all the belts

Made sure there was filament buildup on the nozzle

Powered of and back on

Reran calibration

Not sure what else I can check or what to do at this point.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Hey, am I just confused, or why am I seeing things double right now?

Did you use now your second account because the other one got a bunch of downvotes for a comment? When you made fun of someone else for asking for help?

But I’m not here to judge… I just noticed it.

Whatever… Have you already done what is written in the wiki? :+1:

Yeah I did try those steps as well same problem.

Does the plate make its way all the way up to the nozzle and touch the nozzle?

It does and sets in the position for quite a while before finally failing. I’ve even gone so far as to try different beds because I’ve checked everything else. That I can think of and what the Wiki says to check.

I’m currently experiencing the same problem. I have replaced the Eddy Sensor and it did not fix the issue. The bed crashes into the nozzle and keeps driving before failing and giving an error.

I finally got mine fixed today, so dumb, makes no sense. I checked all the sensors, unplugged, plugged back in, still didn’t work. So today I shut the printer off, turned the threaded lead screws by hand a few times, turned back on and leveled with no problem. Can’t really explain it but that worked.
