Hello, first post. I am having some weird artifacts occurring randomly:
I was doing some dimensional accuracy tests with a m10 bolt modeling a “sleeve” for it e.g. diameter 10mm with wall thickness 1mm. I also noticed that tolerances on XY, e.g hole compensation of 0.2mm @ 50mm/s print speed. higher print speed (default) 300/200 mm/s hole compensation > 0.3 mm. To me it seems like going extremely slow to get good dimensional accuracy, going at default speed and settings I have to adjust dimensions frequently. Is these values in spec for this printer? Is it normal? I am expecting too much of this printer?
p1s,basic pla(bambu), 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer, mostly standard setting, flow calibrated with bambu slicer.
Edit: switching from exporting model stp to 3mf improved tolerences a bit.
