Hi all, just got my P1S yesterday and I’m loving it. Saw these pre-applied grease at the bottom of Z screw lead as shown in pic, they don’t seem to go anywhere upwards even with movement of the lead and basically just staying there. Do I need to used some guide to move them across the lead or just leave them?
That is excess grease pushed to the bottom when the bed lowers. You can remove it if you like, it does neither harm nor good. You might find some at the top of the screws as well.

Thanks Larry, guess I’ll spread them out a bit over the lead to not waste them
I haven’t yet tried one, but I’ve seen some printable type tools that help with the spreading of the grease. They kinda mesh with the screw profile.
